“Supporters Training Course for Foreigners against Disasters”of the Chiba sponsorship was held in Abiko city which is to train volunteers to support foreigners when any disaster occurred. AIRA extended cooperation to this course by sending some foreigners, etc. (No.18-16)
The 27th Abiko International Festival was held on Nov. 25th to enhance understanding between Abiko citizens and foreigners living in this city with a main theme of “Soaring High Together”. (No.18-15)
A bus tour for foreigners was implemented, which was designed to guide them to sightseeing spots to our neighboring places. (No.18-14)
A lecturer was dispatched to Abiko high school to perform a lecture aiming to have students deepen international understanding which is a part of class at Abiko high school. (No.18-13)
