Twentythree members of the AIRA Board of Directors attended the meeting and discussed about subjects deliberated at the latest executive committee of April 15. The contents are as follows:
1. Business report and account settlement report for FY2008
2. Business schedule and budget for FY2009(draft)
3. Change of Director, Executive, Adviser (draft)
4. Report on the schedule for the 18th Abiko International Festival/Nov. 22, 2009
5. Report on the schedule for the 11th Speech Contest/Sep. 27, 2009
All items are unanimously agreed as proposed in the meeting, which are to be reported for concurrence at the forthcoming AIRA General Meeting scheduled on May 24, 2009.
Prior to the meeting, the accounts for FY2008 had been duly audited on April 13, 2009, which was reported in the meeting.
After the meeting, directors made short speechs with a bit of humor on their views on AIRA and what they are involved now.
