参加者がめいめい料理を持ち寄り楽しむという意味の「ポットラックパーティ」を持ちました。今回のポットラックは、いなり寿司、巻き寿司、さくら餅、おでん、各種サンドイッチ、タルト（tart）、タコス（tacos）, つけもの、スイート、くだものとたくさんの料理が集まりました。料理に舌つづみをうちながら順番に自己紹介したりアドバイスをしたりと賑やかでした。会場が和室ということもあり和気あいあいとした雰囲気のなかで話が弾みました。

We had a "Pot-Luck" Party last Monday. Pot-Luck" is a party where each person brings along a different dish, cake, fruit, and other delicious food.
Various dishes and fruits on the table drew attention of all. They were Inarizushi, Makizushi(rolled sushi), Sakuramochi(sweet rice ball rolled with cherry leaf), Oden
(stewed vegetables and dumplings), sandwiches, tarts, tacos, tsukemono (pickles), sweets, and some fruits.
Everyone tasted different dishes one by one and enjoyed chatting with each other.
Then we introduced ourselves and gave advice to each other, while we ate with great relish.
Since it was a Japanese style room, we could enjoy each other's company all the more. After the party, we took pictures lining up in front of the Tokonoma (alcove).
