This year’s first board meeting was held with twenty two members to deliberate agenda discussed and concluded in the executive meeting of April 17.

After deliberate consultation by the board members, all items as stated below were duly approved and agreed to be passed to the forthcoming 2011 general assembly on April 30 for finalization.

1.       Business report and statement of accounts in fiscal 2010

2.       Change of members of the board, audit, executive committee, and counselor.

3.       Business proposal and budget plan in fiscal 2011

It was also reported that the inspection for the account settlement in fiscal 2010 was duly conducted on April 17, 2011.

After the session, every board member made a brief self-introduction and comment on respective participation with AIRA’s annual activities. (Vol. 141)
